Meet the Management Team


Stephen Summer – President/CEO

Stephen got his start in the snow industry in 1980 and began running a sole proprietorship business in 1993 and created FHG Companies, LLC dba About Time Snow in 2004. Our sole focus is to make the snow experience for our clients a non event for them. Stephen has been a member of the Snow and Ice Management Association (SIMA) for over 20 years and has his accreditation through the Accredited Snow Contractors Association’s (ASCA).  Stephen is a leader in the industry, always upholding the highest of standards in dealing with clients and colleagues alike.


Stephen’s number one goal in life it to glorify the Lord in all that he does. Other goals in life are to be a great husband, a great father, a great friend and great Snowman...in that order.  His interests include Mission Trips, Fishing, hunting, ATV’s and all types of adventures.

Leanne Slawnyk – Chief Operating Officer

Leanne oversees all divisions & departments of the company in order to optimize and manage its snow and accounting operations. She has been with the company since 2009 and her knowledge of the industry and role has evolved over the years. 

She has led the implementation of risk management practices that comply with the ISO SN9001 Industry Standards as well as the insurance and legislative community efforts. She maintains her certification in the Accredited Snow Contractors Association (ASCA) and expects to increase her involvement in the industry in order to improve and maintain the financial health of the company.  

Leanne joined About Time Snow on a temporary basis only, but was “enthralled by the integrity, community, and mission statement of the company”.  Apart from loving her ‘work family’, her real pursuit is her family and ministry, and she hopes to serve as a missionary later in life.  


Nicole- Administrative assistant to the Leadership Team

Nicole has been back with the company full time since November 7, 2019. She joined About Time Snow in November as a result of working part time since the 2018-2019 snow season as needed. She also worked here in the past, full time from March 2006 to September 2012. Her main job is to assist the Leadership team as well as support to the entire organization.


Blessed to be a Servant of Jesus Christ, grateful to be the wife of Patrick Leposki and privileged to be the mother of Gabrielle, Zachary, Kyle and Kaelah.

Jodi- Accounting and Bookkeeping

Jodi joined the team in September 2017
She brings a very diverse & rich background to her role with the company. She started her career  & spent many years as a residential leasing & marketing expert and therefore, understands the services we provide to our customers. Over the past 12 years, Jodi has concentrated her career in the accounting/bookkeeping arena and is familiar with all types of effective software and efficient business applications. With her creativity and breadth of experience Jodi will greatly impact the productivity of the financial areas of the company.

Emeline Summer- Administrative Support

Emeline Joined the team in December of 2017

She has been a part of many different pieces at ATS, she assists in project, working in contracting, and social media. She has been responsible for keeping our website new and up to date with important information and company blogs.


Other then work, Emeline is in school full time with Embry Riddle aeronautical university, she is majoring in Homeland security and minoring in both psychology and cyber security application and management. She also enjoys being the JV girls soccer coach at Calvary Christian Academy.
