Stephen
PRESIDENT / CEO
Stephen got his start in the snow industry in 1980 and began running a sole proprietorship business in 1993 and created FHG Companies, LLC dba About Time Snow in 2004. Our sole focus is to make the snow experience for our clients a non event for them. Stephen has been a member of the Snow and Ice Management Association (SIMA) for over 20 years and has his accreditation through the Accredited Snow Contractors Association’s (ASCA). Stephen is a leader in the industry, always upholding the highest of standards in dealing with clients and colleagues alike.
Stephen's greatest goal in life is to glorify the Lord in all that he does. His faith is the foundation of both his life and his leadership. He is a proud father, and lifelong outdoorsman who enjoys mission trips, hunting, fishing, ATV riding, boating on Lake Wallenpaupack, and spending time in the mountains. Whether he's leading the team at About Time Snow or enjoying a weekend outdoors with family and friends, Stephen is passionate about serving others and living life to the fullest.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Leanne
Leanne oversees all divisions & departments of the company in order to optimize and manage its snow and accounting operations. She has been with the company since 2009 and her knowledge of the industry and role has evolved over the years.

She has led the implementation of risk management practices that comply with the ISO SN9001 Industry Standards as well as the insurance and legislative community efforts. She maintains her certification in the Accredited Snow Contractors Association (ASCA) and expects to increase her involvement in the industry in order to improve and maintain the financial health of the company.
​
Leanne joined About Time Snow on a temporary basis only, but was “enthralled by the integrity, community, and mission statement of the company”. Apart from loving her ‘work family’, her real pursuit is her family and ministry, and she hopes to serve as a missionary later in life.
Emeline
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AND SALES
Emeline joined About Time Snow in 2017 and has grown alongside the company, serving in a variety of roles before becoming Director of Sales & Operations. She oversees sales strategy, client relationships, account management, operational processes, billing, and technology initiatives while working to improve efficiency and streamline company operations. Passionate about innovation, Emeline is dedicated to implementing new systems and solutions that enhance both the client experience and the company's long-term growth.

Emeline graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a bachelor's degree in Homeland Security and minors in Psychology and Cybersecurity. A former member of the university's skydiving team, she has always had a passion for adventure. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach with her husband, and taking every opportunity to explore with their chocolate lab, Waylon.
Anita
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Anita joined ATS in February 2026 and quickly became an invaluable part of our team. As Executive Assistant to our Chief Operating Officer, she supports a wide range of executive, human resources, bookkeeping, and administrative functions that help keep our daily operations running smoothly. With her SHRM-CP certification and extensive experience in Human Resources, Anita brings exceptional organization, professionalism, and a genuine passion for supporting both our team and our clients.

Outside the office, Anita loves spending time outdoors. Whether she's taking a walk through the park, mowing the lawn, strolling along the shore, or enjoying a peaceful walk after a fresh snowfall, she's happiest when she's outside—especially if she has a good friend by her side.

Peggy
ADMINISTRATIVE AND OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Peggy joined the About Time Snow team in September of 2025 and has quickly become a valuable part of the company. She supports the day-to-day administrative operations of ATS, helping keep internal processes organized while assisting the team in delivering dependable service to clients.
​
Outside of work, Peggy enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog. She loves being outdoors and especially enjoys summer and fall activities, including pool days, beach trips, baseball, football, and bonfires. She is also a Disney enthusiast and loves taking family vacations to Disney with her family.
Hannah
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Hannah works directly under the operations manager and assists in ensuring a seamless and accurate handling of internal procedures. She is involved in data processing, sales administration, and billing. She is a valued employee and an integral part of our team.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys gardening, interior and graphic design, playing the guitar, and exploring a variety of creative hobbies. Whether she's working on an art project or designing a new space, she enjoys finding creative ways to bring ideas to life.
Alex
OPERATIONS AND SALES
Alexander joined the About Time Snow team in 2022 and has grown into a key member of our sales team. Working directly with our Director of Sales & Operations, he focuses on building strong relationships with clients while supporting business development and day-to-day operations. With a background in finance and legal studies, Alex brings valuable problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach to every interaction.

Outside of work, Alex and his wife enjoy spending time outdoors, including hunting, fishing, and winter sports. He also loves spending time with his dog, Waylon, and values faith, family, and the outdoors. His dedication, integrity, and relationship-focused approach make him a valued member of the About Time Snow team.
Sam
MACHINE OPERATOR AND GENERAL LABORER
Sam works assisting our operations department as a machine operator and general laborer. He is responsible for the maintenance of all equipment, provides shop related duties, including repairs and installation, and is an operator/laborer during the snow season. He also manages crews on contracted properties during snow storms.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. A former lacrosse player, he has a passion for off-road dirt biking, ATV riding, hiking, mountain climbing, kayaking, and high-performance motorsports. His strong work ethic, versatility, and willingness to take on new challenges make him a valued member of the About Time Snow team.
Waylon
CHIEF MORALE OFFICER
Waylon joined the ATS family in 2022 and was quickly promoted to Chief Morale Officer after demonstrating exceptional skills in tail wagging, treat detection, and greeting absolutely everyone who walks through the front door.
His daily responsibilities include:

Supervising lunch breaks.

Inspecting every backpack and delivery for snacks.

Ensuring no tennis ball goes unfetched.

Alerting the office whenever someone has the audacity to walk by the building.

Providing emotional support during stressful snowstorms

Outside of work, Waylon enjoys swimming, chasing tennis balls, stealing socks, eating rocks when nobody is looking (his mom is always looking), and pretending he hasn't eaten in at least three business days. Although he's never successfully operated a skid steer, he remains the undisputed Employee of the Month.
