Meet the Management Team
Stephen Summer – President/CEO
Stephen got his start in the snow industry in 1980 and began running a sole proprietorship business in 1993 and created FHG Companies, LLC dba About Time Snow in 2004. Our sole focus is to make the snow experience for our clients a non event for them. Stephen has been a member of the Snow and Ice Management Association (SIMA) for over 20 years and has his accreditation through the Accredited Snow Contractors Association’s (ASCA). Stephen is a leader in the industry, always upholding the highest of standards in dealing with clients and colleagues alike.
Stephen’s number one goal in life it to glorify the Lord in all that he does. Other goals in life are to be a great husband, a great father, a great friend and great Snowman...in that order. His interests include Mission Trips, Fishing, hunting, ATV’s and all types of adventures.
Leanne Slawnyk – Chief Operating Officer
Leanne oversees all divisions & departments of the company in order to optimize and manage its snow and accounting operations. She has been with the company since 2009 and her knowledge of the industry and role has evolved over the years.
She has led the implementation of risk management practices that comply with the ISO SN9001 Industry Standards as well as the insurance and legislative community efforts. She maintains her certification in the Accredited Snow Contractors Association (ASCA) and expects to increase her involvement in the industry in order to improve and maintain the financial health of the company.
Leanne joined About Time Snow on a temporary basis only, but was “enthralled by the integrity, community, and mission statement of the company”. Apart from loving her ‘work family’, her real pursuit is her family and ministry, and she hopes to serve as a missionary later in life.
Jay Callaghan- Business Development Manager
Jay joined the team in 2015 and is responsible for the business development, expansion and retention side of ATS. “ I joined ATS because of their passion and mission of giving” He brings over 20 years of sales and management experience across multiple industries including automotive repair franchising, equipment finance, and business growth mastery..
Jay is a graduate of Holy Family University and holds BA’s in Marketing and Management. When not working Jay enjoys his family which mostly includes being around a ball in one way shape or form with his lovely wife Christy and three children Ryan, Connor, and Nolan.
Naomi Dadson- Snow Operations Manager
Naomi first started in the snow industry back in 2011 at About Time Snow. Since then her knowledge of the snow industry continues to grow through learning opportunities at SIMA, Snow Fighter’s Institute, ASCA trainings, and real life experiences. Currently in the role of Contract Administrator at ATS, she looks forward to providing superior services for its clients by not only ATS’s commitment to the industry as a whole, but to its emphasis on delivering service with integrity and respect. She has also taken on the role of up-keeping our social media.
Although she works in the snow industry, she loves spending her off time traveling to warm beach locations whenever possible. Experiencing life and making memories with her husband and 2 baby girls brings joy to her world.
Tanya Bauman – Snow Operations Specialist
Tanya became a part of About Time Snow in November of 2017. She mostly coordinates and organizes our Service Providers during the snow season, and handles all of the logistics during our off season.
When she is not working she enjoys being a mom to her 4 childeren and spending time with her family.Tanya will often enjoy watching her daughter play softball on the weekends. She also savors any moment she can to watch a good movie as well as try any new recipie she can find.
Teri is part of our Leadership Team and directly oversees Human Resources, Legal and Risk Management. Teri brings over 25 years of office management experience from across the corporate finance/insurance sector with 10 years in Commercial Property Management in the Snow and Ice Industry. Teri is dedicated to the development of her team members while recognizing the client’s needs and implementing processes to best serve client expectations to keep our company above the standard of excellence.
Teri has been passionate about educating our lawmakers of the effects that frivolous lawsuits have had on the snow industry in an effort to change legislation and has spent a great deal of personal time devoted to the cause. This dedication to best practices within the industry has helped in building a team that has earned our company a spot in the Top 100 Snow Contractors every year since 2013. She is a certified member of the Accredited Snow Contractors Association (ASCA), and the Snow and Ice Management Association (SIMA) as well as American Management Association (AMA) and Pennsylvania Association of Notaries (PAN).
Teri- HR and Risk Managment
Lori- Snow Operations Specialist
Prior to joining the ATS team, Lori gained her professional experience in marketing and business administration for multiple companies bringing over 20 years of knowledge in customer relations. Lori’s communication skills have enabled her to provide our clients and service providers with “above and beyond service”. Lori plays an integral role in our support team as well as she is responsible for assisting and working alongside our Business Development Managers by responding to clients requests and being the liaison between the Service Providers and the Operations team. Lori is ASCA Certified as well as a member of SIMA.
Lori has traveled to many places and enjoys traveling to new places meeting new people. She recently discovered Deep Sea Fishing and found she has a knack for it and plans to embark on many more of these outings with her new gift of her very own fishing pole and tackle box!
Nicole- Administrative assistant to the Leadership Team
Nicole has been back with the company full time since November 7, 2019. She joined About Time Snow in November as a result of working part time since the 2018-2019 snow season as needed. She also worked here in the past, full time from March 2006 to September 2012. Her main job is to assist the Leadership team as well as support to the entire organization.
Blessed to be a Servant of Jesus Christ, grateful to be the wife of Patrick Leposki and privileged to be the mother of Gabrielle, Zachary, Kyle and Kaelah.
