Meet the Management Team
Stephen Summer – President/CEO
Stephen got his start in the snow industry in 1980 and began running a sole proprietorship business in 1993 and created FHG Companies, LLC dba About Time Snow in 2004. Our sole focus is to make the snow experience for our clients a non event for them. Stephen has been a member of the Snow and Ice Management Association (SIMA) for over 20 years and has his accreditation through the Accredited Snow Contractors Association’s (ASCA). Stephen is a leader in the industry, always upholding the highest of standards in dealing with clients and colleagues alike.
Stephen’s number one goal in life it to glorify the Lord in all that he does. Other goals in life are to be a great husband, a great father, a great friend and great Snowman...in that order. His interests include Mission Trips, Fishing, hunting, ATV’s and all types of adventures.
Leanne – Chief Operating Officer
Leanne oversees all divisions & departments of the company in order to optimize and manage its snow and accounting operations. She has been with the company since 2009 and her knowledge of the industry and role has evolved over the years.
She has led the implementation of risk management practices that comply with the ISO SN9001 Industry Standards as well as the insurance and legislative community efforts. She maintains her certification in the Accredited Snow Contractors Association (ASCA) and expects to increase her involvement in the industry in order to improve and maintain the financial health of the company.
Leanne joined About Time Snow on a temporary basis only, but was “enthralled by the integrity, community, and mission statement of the company”. Apart from loving her ‘work family’, her real pursuit is her family and ministry, and she hopes to serve as a missionary later in life.
Emeline - Director of Sales and Operations
Emeline Joined the team in December of 2017. She has been a part of many different rolls here at ATS. She is currently overseeing many integral operations such as client relations, account management, sales, and billing. She thrives in a fast pace and high stress environment, while learning and growing within the company. Her goals are to see the company expand and to streamline company procedures and practices while maintaining the highest level of services for our clients.
Outside of work, Emeline graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a degree in Homeland Security and minors in both Psychology and Cyber Security. She was on her collegiate skydiving team. She likes to spend her weekends pursing anything that involves extreme sports or the outdoors. Emeline is recently engaged, her and her fiancé are excited for this next chapter of their life.
Dave - Operations and Sales
Dave joined the team in 2021 and is thriving in many versatile roles, he works directly under our operations manager. He is growing into a substantial part of our sales department, while also supporting the operations manager in billing, administrative tasks, and account management. Dave's diverse skills also allow him to help out with mechanical/shop related challenges. His charismatic personality brings great energy to the office.
Dave is a dedicated father and husband who cherishes time with his family. He is optimistic and enjoys making everyone around him laugh. When he isn't working or spending quality time wit his family, he is most likely going to be found in the gym.
Alexander - Operations and Sales
Alexander joined the team in 2022. He has been put in many different roles and is thriving in them all. He works under our operations manager, assisting in an assortment of different operational task. He specializes in our sales department and has brought great team work and enthusiasm to our office. He has a background in finance and legal which has given his valuable knowledge making him very well versed.
Alexander is a motivated graduate from Rider University with a Bachelors degree in Finance. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time doing outdoor activities, including hunting, fishing, and winter sports. He recently is engaged to his fiancé and is excited for their next chapter together.
Nicole- Executive Assistant
Nicole has been back with the company full time since November 7, 2019. She joined About Time Snow in November as a result of working part time since the 2018-2019 snow season as needed. She's previously worked here full time from March 2006 to September 2012. Her main responsibilities are to assist the Leadership team as well as support to the entire organization . She is also the Manager of insurance, legal and risk management
Blessed to be a Servant of Jesus Christ, grateful to be the wife of Patrick Leposki and privileged to be the mother of Gabrielle, Zachary, Kyle and Kaelah.
Hannah - Administration Support
Hannah works directly under the operations manager and assists in ensuring a seamless and accurate handling of internal procedures. She is involved in data processing, sales administration, and billing. She is a valued employee and an integral part of our team.
In her spare time, Hannah enjoys gardening, interior and graphic design, playing the guitar and expressing herself through many forms of art.
Sam - Machine Operator and General Laborer
Sam works in the Operations Department as a machine operator and general laborer. He is responsible for the maintenane of all equipment, provides shop related duties, including repairs and installation, and is an operator/laborer during the snow season. He also manages crews on contracted properties during snow storms.
He is motivated and driven, a hard worker and multi-talented in numerous skills. He is an avid athlete, with lacrosse being his passion. He enjoys all outdoor activities, including off-road dirt biking and ATV adventures, Hiking & mountian climbing, and kayaking. He is also passionate about high performance mortorsports.
Waylon - The Office Mascot
Waylon was recently adopted by Emeline. He is a Lab and Australian Shepard Mix. Waylon is a young ball of energy that revitalizes the office during the stressful winter months. His favorite part of the day is greeting all employees or outside personnel who enter the office.
Waylon's favorite pass time is eating rocks and hoping his mom doesn't notice (but she always does). We are excited to watch this young pup grow and learn about our love of snow.
