Meet the Team
Stephen Summer – President/CEO
Stephen got his start in the snow industry in 1993 running a sole proprietorship and created FHG Companies, LLC dba About Time Snow in 2004. Stephen has been a member of the Snow and Ice Management Association (SIMA) for over 15 years and has his accreditation through the Accredited Snow Contractors Association’s (ASCA). Stephen is a leader in the industry, always upholding the highest of standards in dealing with clients and colleagues alike.
Stephen’s number one goal in life it to glorify the Lord in all that he does. Other goals in life are to be a great husband, a great father, a great friend and great Snowman...in that order. His interests include Mission Trips, Fishing, hunting, ATV’s and all types of adventures.
Leanne Slawnyk – Administrative Support Supervisor
Leanne’s role in the company is to support all divisions & departments to optimize the operations of FHG Companies. Her position is dual, including management of Account Receivables, as well as head of the Legal Department.
Leanne has been with the company since 2009 and expects to increase her involvement in the snow and ice industry, as well as the insurance and legislative community efforts. She has taken an avid role in the advancement of the company through the implementation of risk management practices that comply with the ISO SN9001 Industry Standards.
She currently holds her certification in the Accredited Snow Contractors Association (ASCA) and contributes to the Education Committee for Snow and Ice Management Association (SIMA).
When Leanne is not working, her life is devoted to her high school sweetheart, best friend, & husband Frank, and their four (4) children. Her greatest passion in life is her family, faith and ministry, and she hopes to serve as a missionary later in life.
Ann Tranchitella – Client Support Services Manager
Ann joined the Client Support Services Department at About Time Snow in August of 2014. Ann has an extensive purchasing and negotiating background which will help her significantly in Contract Administration to assure that our client’s are getting the best possible service for their snow removal needs. No detail is too small. Remember when snow meant a day off, for all of us at About Time Snow, we will always be here to help our client’s through those snowy winter days.
Ann enjoys spending time with her husband traveling, riding motorcycles, going to racing events and entertaining.
Jay Callaghan- Business Development Manager
Jay joined the team in 2016 and is responsible for the business development, expansion and retention side of ATS. He brings over 20 years of sales and management experience across multiple industries including automotive repair franchising, equipment finance, and business growth mastery..
Jay is a graduate of Holy Family University and holds BA’s in Marketing and Management. When not working Jay enjoys his family which mostly includes being around a ball in one way shape or form with his lovely wife Christy and three children Ryan, Connor, and Nolan.
Rachel Fitts – Marketing & Social Media
Rachel joined the About Time Snow team in 2014. In her time with the company, she has maintained the company website as well as social media and marketing campaigns. She has also worked for our sister company; GoPro Distribution. GoPro provides high quality ice melt products to retailers, contractors and other industry professionals.
Rachel likes to spend her free time with her husband Brian and son Cameron. She also loves to play the violin, do yoga, and listen to all genres of music.
Tami Smart – Accounting Manager
Tami joined the team in 2016. She handles all of the bookkeeping for the business. She has over 20 years experience in accounting and office management.
When Tami is not plugging away at numbers, she enjoys being active outdoors. She likes to go power walking, hiking, gardening and relaxing poolside (weather permitting of course). She also has 2 daughters, ages 16 and 22 who keep her smiling , motivated, and on point.
Sharon Trimble – Administrative Assistant
Sharon joined the team in 2014. She is an Administrative Assistant and customer service is her forte’. She manages the filing system, sales of all the “extras”, and handles the renting and sales of our pushers. Her desire is to live every day having Jesus shine through her.
When not at ATS, she is also a wedding planner and in the restaurant industry. Her passion is ministering to teenagers and young adults. Being with her loving husband of 25 years and 3 beautiful adult children is her favorite pastime. Sharon welcomed her first grandchild just after Christmas this year.
